Who provides this app
Quick Issue Import is published by Webelisys, a sole trader business registered in France. You can reach us at contact@webelisys.fr.
The agreement that applies
The binding contract for this app is the standard end user agreement of the Atlassian Marketplace, which the customer accepts with Atlassian. This page sets out the points specific to Webelisys as the provider. It adds to that agreement and does not replace it.
What the subscription covers
The subscription covers the use of the app as described on its Marketplace listing, on the Jira site that holds the subscription, for as long as the subscription is active. The app runs in the browser, inside Jira, and creates issues in company-managed and team-managed projects.
Billing
Atlassian sells the subscription, invoices it and collects payment. The subscription is managed from the Atlassian account of the customer. Webelisys never receives a payment directly and never holds any payment details.
If the subscription stops
The app shows a message in its panel and creates nothing. Issues already created stay in Jira, because they are ordinary Jira issues and do not depend on the app. Skipping the rows already created when the same file is imported again only works while the app is installed.
What the app does and does not do
The file you choose is read in your browser and never uploaded. The text of the rows goes to Jira, and to Jira only, when the issues are created. Each issue created carries a small hidden mark that stays in Jira after the app is uninstalled. The app keeps no storage of its own, sends no data to Webelisys or to any third party, sets no cookies and contains no tracking. It acts with the Jira permissions of the person who imports. Details are on the privacy policy page.
A Jira administrator can choose who may import, with the Use Quick Issue Import global permission. Everyone keeps their usual Jira permissions on top of it.
Limits of the service
A file can weigh up to 10 MB and hold up to 5,000 rows. The app fills the summary, description, issue type, priority, due date, labels and assignee. Jira can still refuse a row, for example when a required field is missing, and the app then lists that row with the reason. Details are on the documentation page.
Support
Questions and problems go to contact@webelisys.fr, in English or in French. Include the Jira site address and, if you can, the project where the problem happened. Support is provided in good faith during business days.
