Who provides this app
Quick Questions & Answers (Q&A) for Confluence is published by Webelisys, a sole trader business registered in France. You can reach us at contact@webelisys.fr.
The agreement that applies
The binding contract for this app is the standard end user agreement of the Atlassian Marketplace, which the customer accepts with Atlassian. This page sets out the points specific to Webelisys as the provider. It adds to that agreement and does not replace it.
What the subscription covers
The subscription covers the use of the app as described on its Marketplace listing, on the Confluence site that holds the subscription, for as long as the subscription is active. The app adds a Quick Q&A screen to each space of that site.
Billing
Atlassian sells the subscription, invoices it and collects payment. The subscription is managed from the Atlassian account of the customer. Webelisys never receives a payment directly and never holds any payment details.
If the subscription stops
Questions and answers already created stay in Confluence, because they are ordinary Confluence pages and do not depend on the app.
What the app does and does not do
Each question and each answer is a Confluence page, created in the name of the person who writes it, with their own Confluence permissions. Each person's votes and a few settings are kept in the app storage that Atlassian provides. The app sends no data to Webelisys or to any third party, sets no cookies and contains no tracking. Details are on the privacy policy and security policy pages.
A space administrator can choose who may ask and who may answer in the app. This only limits the app: everyone keeps their usual Confluence permissions.
Limits of the service
Questions and answers are plain text, without formatting, images or attachments. There is no anonymous mode. An import file can weigh up to 20 MB. The app has no screen in the Confluence mobile app. Details are on the documentation page.
Support
Questions, problems and ideas go through the support page or to contact@webelisys.fr, in English or in French. Include the Confluence site address and, if you can, the space where the problem happened. Support is provided in good faith during business days.
Changes to this page
These terms can change. The date at the top of the page shows the last change, and a change applies from the day it is published.
