Who provides this app

Quick Table Import is published by Webelisys, a sole trader business registered in France. Contact: contact@webelisys.fr

The agreement that applies

The binding contract for this app is the standard end user agreement of the Atlassian Marketplace, accepted when the subscription is purchased. This page sets out the points specific to Webelisys as the provider. It adds to that agreement and does not replace it.

What the subscription covers

The subscription covers the use of the app as described on its Marketplace listing, on the Confluence site that holds the subscription, for as long as the subscription is active. The app runs entirely in the browser, inside Confluence, on Atlassian infrastructure.

Billing

Atlassian sells the subscription, invoices it and collects payment. The subscription is managed from the Atlassian account of the customer. Webelisys never receives a payment directly and never holds any payment details.

If the subscription stops

The app refuses to import and says so in its panel. Tables already inserted stay in their pages: they are ordinary Confluence tables and do not depend on the app. A Confluence administrator can restart the subscription from Settings, then Apps, then Manage apps.

What the app does not do

It stores no data, sends no data to Webelisys or to any third party, sets no cookies and contains no tracking. The file you choose is read in your browser and never uploaded. The app changes a page only when you click Insert the table, with the permissions of the person who clicks, and requests two permissions only, reading and writing pages. Details on the privacy policy page.

Limits of the service

A file can weigh up to 10 MB and hold up to 5,000 rows and 50,000 cells; a larger table is refused and the panel says so. The table is added at the bottom of the page. Formulas arrive as their last calculated value, images and charts are not imported, and text colours and cell backgrounds are not kept; the panel lists what cannot be kept before anything is inserted. Details on the documentation page.

Support

Questions and problems go to contact@webelisys.fr, in English or in French. Include the Confluence site address and, if you can, the file you tried to import. Support is provided in good faith during business days.
